關於虛擬貨幣令銀行凍結戶口

請問有無過來人係咁？講下少少背景，依加有2間銀行凍結左，遲遲又唔出信end acc.. 定有執法機構查緊？3月開新戶口（富邦），沒有玩過都比人凍結我係咪無得再在香港開戶口……求救

我係咪無得再在香港開戶口 -> 很定不會，每間銀行是獨立運作（滙豐+payme+恆生除外）3月開新戶口（富邦），沒有玩過都比人凍結 -》 有沒有第三方轉錢入去？
