变化无穷的Straight
有时候觉得，仅仅是Poker的基本规则，如果仔细追究，其中还是有很多Points，这里就以Straight为例说一说。Poker 成手大致可分三档：从Pair，Two pair 到Trip/Set可成为第一挡，属于可遇型straight 和 Flush 为第二档，属于可求型，所以只有这两种hand才冠以Drawing HandFull House、Quad and SF为第三档，属于可遇不可求这里就讨论一下straight 和 Flush这两种牌型，先回顾一下基本概率：flop Four card drawing: Open-ended(or Double belly) Straight: ~34％Gunshot Straight： ～18%Flush：~38％Open-ended Straight and flush Combine draw: ~55%Gunshot Straight and flush: ~45%一般来说有三人以上入局，Open-ended Straight和flush Draw就有合适概率如果有Combine Draw，即使Heads Up也可All in。从基本成手概率，Straight 高于Flush，所以在Hand rank中Flush beat Straight,但四张draw的时候Flush反而有更高的概率成牌，所以往往倾向认为Flush Draw价值更高尤其是既有Board既有Flush 亦有Straight Draw的情况。但容易被忽视的一点是，Straight Draw较之Flush Draw往往有更高的隐含赔率。原因为何？Flush只有一种，四张同花色，等另外一张，所以如果Board出现三张以上的同花，则flush的可能十分明显。但Straight往往不是那么明显，原因在于Straight Draw的方式有多种，如果细分有Open- Ended, eg: 67 with 89xDouble Belly， eg: 37 with A54,Double Ended,eg: 39 With 567,Side Gunshot,eg: 79 With 65xMiddle Gunshot,eg: 59 with 68x即使Open- Ended，也分为Nut Draw with two high cards，Draw with one high card,和draw with two low card(Idiot Draw),价值相差很大。还有High Cap Card的概念，例如两人都有 7，在568的牌面，如果有一人是7T，则他的draw价值大增。同样持有T在789的牌面，如果还有Q，则价值也大增。在某些情况下，Straight can be not so obvious, 例如Hole card,56, flop，K 7 3, turn Q,River 4，对手恐怕很难预计到你的成手Straight。再如 23 on A 4 5，如果对手有A5 两对，恐怕也很难放手。此时就更容易call你的Raise或者Value Bet仅从Cash Game的经验而言，个人更喜欢Straight Draw，尤其是在Rainbow Flop,Deep stack的情况下，我往往会Loose call一些Straight Draw，甚至是Gun shot.因为此时Implied Odds 可能会更乐观 我顶一下，很好的文章 straight比较之下更隐蔽，flush感觉bluff价值更高 very good post. implied odds is really important but we sometimes forget.I used to get mad when I raise utg with big pocket pairs and those guys holding 35 with gut shot straight draws call my big flop bets and hits their draw on turn and clear me out.后来发现原来是我自己白痴当pay off wizard.Nowadays, i clear those with big pocket pairs instead.Example,UTG tight guy and me both holding 120bb and utg raise 4X utg, I am at bb call with 45s.Flop K 7 3 rain bown.
